Spaces for performance and assembly are some of the most complex building types in the world. There is no detail too small and no decision that isn’t important. This is especially true for spaces that host many different event or performance types. The building must work for multiple users with multiple performance disciplines, sometimes on the same day. We get that. And renovations have their own challenges, especially in a performance environment. While the structure of the building may need to be maintained, the priority is on creating dynamic performance systems.
